I got mine back a week ago. I think it showed MST holdings or something like that. Its like they made it almost look like junk mail.

I'm thankful that they send it like that. When I get something in the mail that looks like a check I know it's junk and toss it, especially if it says "Important!! Open Immediately!".

And you guys are right. It's small in size and sure mimics junk mail. It surely would be easy to toss.

i thought i might have thrown mine away, i filled it out right after they announced the rebate, and hadn't received it yet, but it came today

I thought mine was junk mail too, small barely marked envelope & the smallest postcard sized check I've ever deposited. Nevertheless happy I got mine yesterday! & happy the rebate convinced me to get a 45 shield
