Hello, this is a Smith and Wesson 6-shot 22lr revolver.I believe this is what they call a pre-model 17 k-22 Post-war masterpiece.Gun is about 60 years old and in great shape for it's age.I'd say it's at least in 80%-90% condition depending on who grades it.There are some typical small scratches at the end of the barrel and on the cylinder. The pictures do not do it justice. It's a double action pistol.Cylinder is tight with just a tad bit of play which I believe is normal.Bore is in good condition with visible rifling.I personally fired about 30-40 rounds through it and it functions flawlessly and is very accurate.Has the "K******" serial numbers.Grips are original and in good condition as well.Has a 6" barrel.Gun only, no box.Smith makes a newer version of these guns that are new and sell for over $1000.I am asking $560(was asking $575) Traded this morning. for the gun but am open to trades such as .223 rifles,AR-15 style rifles(plus a little cash from my end for the right deal). No .22 rifles or shotguns though.Pistols and larger caliber rifles preferred.Send me an offer and I can say yes or no.
I can e-mail additional pics as well.FTF in south Fort Wayne area.I am also willing to drive 20-30 miles for the right deal. Thanks for looking! http:// Uploaded with ImageShack.us
