Looks like they might have been used but for a very short time.
Safari grade. The estate sale I got this from had a few 375 H&H 416 type rifles.

If you tell me what to measure I'll put the calipers on it. I don't have a long action 700 to tell for sure.
Not sure if there is any difference in the Safari guns and the everyday long actions
