Like a fool I dropped my tumbler in the garage today. Two of the three springs are now flat and bent. Tried my google foo and haven't had any luck finding replacements springs. It still runs but is not running normal. Any ideas on replacement springs? Has anyone ever replaced the springs on their tumbler? Or did I make a 90$ mistake?

You might be able to just get springs. Measure the length and diameter as well as the spring gauge and look online for the spring that is the same size. McMaster-Carr would be where I would start looking. Not necessarily a RCBS spring. -Jason

RCBS has great customer service, give them a call, they'll probably just send them to you.
The expander ball unscrewed on my 38 sizing die and buggered up the threads, they sent a new shaft, ball and a 5 pack of pins...free

    Yep, what t-squared said.
Give RCBS a call, and you'll more than likely have brand new springs in the mail forthwith.

I contacted rcbs sunday and they got back to me a few days later. They ordered/shipped the springs to me free of charge. I made it clear I dropped the tumbler and would like to purchase replacement springs, but they shipped them free anyway. That's awesome customer service in my book!

Yep, that's par for the course with Big Green.
It's what keeps them in business all these years.
