Question about factory Savage Laminate stock

Contemplating stock options for a new rifle project. I am wanting to keep the budget on this one down. I have the opportunity to buy a factory model 10 laminate stock. Has anyone used/played with one of these? Are they quality?

My savage ml has one. Not a direct comparison, think it is a 110 with a ramrod hole, but it is a nice quality stock.

I have a Low Profile Varmint stock on a Model 12 and I really like it. Bought the stock from Sharp Shooter Supply. It is factory stock which they replaced with one of their custom jobs. It's a bench gun in .204 Ruger and has whacked untold numbers of prairie dogs.
