Does not have to be cased or out of reach of the people in the car. I wish I had a camera when we unloaded the moving van when we moved to Noblesville. Four big Browning and Canon safes came off. The looks I got were priceless.

Yeah I heard on WIBC the winning ticket was sold on Monument Circle somewhere... I don't play the lottery, but I am somehow always envious of the winners. Think of the armory you could build up.... Burt Gummer's basement comes to mind.
