PRIVATE LAND????

I am looking for private land to Deer hunt this year. I would like to take my wife out this season, And it will be her first season hunting Deer. Typically I hunt Mississinewa Resv, However since that is over populated with hunters I would like to find some private land and be able to give her a great first experience. Good luck with finding private land in Indiana to hunt on this time of year. Maybe you could hunt the FWA's during the week when the hunter density is down a lot, or you might even hunt muzzleloader later in the season to avoid the crowds, but then you possibly could lose the moderate temps to gain the solitude.

Start next spring to build a relationship with a couple of farmers in your area, and good luck.

Lot's of public land in Indiana, I hunt public more than the family land.
