    As ATM noted, however, handguns are still unlawful to [strike]purchase (and [/strike] take delivery of) outside your state of residence. You can find the gun you want and have it shipped to a FFL dealer in your home state, however.

    Bill, I fixed the error in your post. If what you stated was true, then a person could not buy a handgun from an FFL in a different state. (such as Bud's in KY. You pays Bud's directly and then have it shipped to your FFL for transfer.) :twocents:
