online house-design tools / software?

Looking for a few websites to do "custom home design"?

Nothing fancy; I just like to dream and think of "what if I had seemingly unlimited resources".

Think it'd be fun to lay out a house / fiddle with room sizes / amenities and what-not.

Something A-CAD-like, but not nearly as involved as an "actual" design program. Make sense at all?

I really wanted something more, in the end I would love something that would give me buy lists and all the other but I don't want to spend $1500+ so once I get it figured out using envisioneer express I'll put it down on paper and figure it out...
