Randomly pulled over for a vehicle check? Is that even legal?

In New Police State York? Does it matter?

And so it begins. the police have to arrest someone now that they can't make people take their legal weed out of their pockets then bust them for having it out in the open.

    And so it begins......

Mark my words here, friends. The American people will stand up and fight this type of abuse of our liberties. Certainly in court, hopefully in the vast court of public opinion, and elsewhere, if all else fails.

On the upshot, If you want to live post-revolution America right now, go live the wastelands of Detroit. Vast amounts of former urban land that basically has no laws anymore. Anything goes!

He was arrested under existing NY law, not the new NY-SAFE act. Remember that NY's gun laws are already pretty draconian even before adding the new law into the mix.
