Levya won't win for the same reason that your statement does not surprise me.
Did you see what they found across the state line. That the voting machines had a "calibration error" and no matter what button you pushed a certain democrat candidate was getting all the votes.

Levya has not learned to play dirty or become corrupt. Until that occurs he may be the people's choice but Da Machine will not allow him to win.
I have voted for him many a times after and the results do not change.
I know this as I grew up seeing it first hand and somehow now in old age think/believe what I saw as a little lad was not so.
