Honestly, I see no point in this new "strategy" or a reason for its creation. If we are attacked by chemical or biological weapons then it is already near a point of no return except a terrorist attack which we can't use a nuclear weapon on anyway.

One more example (in a long line of many) on why this TURD shouldn't be President.

Unbelievable that he would say it is OK to attack the United States with weapons of mass destruction and we won't respond in kind. :xmad:

HOPE that nobody takes up his offer of attacking the US and CHANGE the defense policy to make it easier for them.

Hope and Change, really working out well. :xmad:

    Loser either way

Obama has set himself up so that he cannot get out. If we are attacked and he doesn't use the nukes, he is a fool. If he does use the nukes, then he is a liar because he said he wouldn't. He loses either way. His stupidity is really unbelievable!!!! We are in deep trouble!!!

Stupid is as stupid does. This guy doesn't have the experience to run a water treatment facility much less the United States. I just hope this country is salvageable once he is done with it. I am amazed that there are still as many supporters for him as there are. Once again it shows just how stupid the American citizenry has become. He is chief wuss in a nation of wusses.

We "won" the cold war with the exact opposite policy. Only assured mutual destruction of the enemy, their cause, and their people will prevent war.

Or did we win only to then surrender to the will of those we conquered? Are we turning to the very failed marxist philosophies that brought down the USSR?

So we won't nuke a nation that attacks us with "lesser" WMDs like chemicals and bio. I keep thinking about how we warn people not to bring a knife to a gun fight. On the same token, don't bring weaponized small pox to a nuke fight.

I can't imagine any president watching 50,000 of his own people die, and watch 10 times as many too sick to function from a germ attack. I think he'd be a lot less cute and open-minded if this policy had to respond to a real world attack.

There is only one way all his actions fit into a coherent strategy. Look at what he does, match it with the church he attended all those years and the rhetoric his personal pastor used, match that with his friendship with Ayers and those like him, quotes from his book, his conversational slipups, his wife's words, and the differing treatments of allies. The only conclusion that makes any sense at all is that he is of that group of people who think that the U.S. as it has been, has been a force of evil in the world. His role is to tear down that U.S., and remake it it. I'm reminded of some of Michelle's words - no, not the telling statement that for the first time she was proud of her country - but her words at the convention. She talked of "making the world as it should be." Only those who claim to speak for God, and socialists use those kinds of words.

Our president is an enemy of this country.

Or, making it personal... What if it was his own wife and daughters that were killed or made ill by such an attack?

How can I suggest such a thing? Simple. I do not advocate it; in point of fact, I decry it. If I was to find that someone to whom I had access had intentions , methods, and ability to begin such an attack on any US Citizen, and yes, I include his wife and daughters in that category, I would not hesitate to report such to proper authorities. If there was not time to do so, I think I could justify using whatever means at my disposal, to include my firearms, in the defense of my fellow citizens.

    • In honesty, and I pose these as questions to any INGOer who is a parent: Is there any action you would not take to either save or, God forbid, avenge, your spouse and/or child(ren)?
    • Is there any place on the planet that such a person could hide from your wrath?

    Now, next questions:

    • To what length do you think Barry Hussein would personally go to defend those close to him?
    • To what length do you think he would personally go to defend US Citizens?
    • Would he risk his own life?
    • Would he pick up a weapon and use it?
    • Would he bloody his knuckles rending the flesh from their attacker(s)?

I don't claim to know the answers but I have a strong suspicion as to what story the facts would tell.

Please note that I have not referred to anyone in this message as an American-that title requires far higher qualifications than an accident of birthplace or studying for and passing of a test given by the State Department.

    Blessings,
    Bill

Look how those like him have operated over the years in the places where they had enough power to reveal their true selves. They have been ruthless in protecting their own interests.

Look at Obama like any of the "ruthless capitalists" he decries. He is the same as any "robber baron." It's just that a capitalist earns his power by providing something of value to others in exchange for the produce of their labor. The Obamas of the world earns their power and material goods through another medium of exchange: power, popularity, politics.

I suspect that in Obama's true heart he would avenge his wife and daughters more brutally than you could imagine. It's just that it would be done in the darkness of the rooms below the Ministry of Love.

I voted for Bush but am the first to say that he made quite a few mistakes........

But everytime I get online and check the new's I just shake my head.

I remember reading that almost off the the new's supporters he has were very anti Bush and that if they speak bad about Obama then it will look very bacd on them because they are anti Bush...... so in short they can;t be anti Obama while being anti Bush.

I have no problem cutting back on the nukes, I am sure we have more then enough but telling our enemies that if they use chemical weapon's on us that that is all we will use on them is just wrong..... that and we all know Obama would never use chemical weapon's...... I mean look at the rescent terrorist attack atempt..... did you see Obama on the new's saying that we were retaliating and droping bombs on them that very moment? Nope....... I guess you have to acutally kill people for something to happen....

In the end I think so many support him because they hated Bush so much that if they are anti Obama they will just look like idiot's.........

when a think of all the brave young soldiers who have given their life for this great nation...i'm sure everyone here has a story of an uncle, father, brother or some family member who have laid down their life for our country..or that of another countries freedom...hard to believe we now have a president that thinks this nation is'nt worth defending with everything we have...when so many have defender her with everything they had..

buffalo-springfield40, I7BO did not "server" (ie. ever been in the Militray or seen it in action as a civilian employee or contractor to DOD) as such he has no concept of what it means to "defender her with everything they had". So you really can't blame him for that.

It's like someone who grew up only eating apple pie and never knowing that there were other types of pie avaliable and then one day when he is given the opportunity to try other pies/cakes he says "well the apple pie I ate before from a box was great these are not so".

I like how the title say's that nuke attacks are the top thread but he want's to cut back on them to deter other countries from wanting to develop them? I see the logic but fail to see how it would work.... I think our enimies would see this as a weakness..........

Yes I am sure we have plenty and can spare some but telling our enimies that we will just hurt them as bad as they hurt us???????? Instead of hurting them more then they hurt us?

When Bush left office he said something like "In the future my administration(/presidency/whatever) will be painted in a different light"............... Id say that it is happening...........
