For those of you who are NRA 5 yr to Life Members, here is your chance to make changes within the organization. There are 76 Board Members, far too many IMO-another topic for another day, that get elected to 3 yr term. Of the 37 on the ballot, 25 will be elected.
If you are like me and would like to see the NRA grow some balls and not make so many compromises, then some of these guys that I have researched seem to be very good candidates. My research goes beyond just the bios in NRA pubs.
BTW, I rarely vote for 25 as it cheapens the strength of those I support absolutely:
-David G. Coy
-Peter J. Printz
-William H. Dailey
-Joel Friedman
-Curtis S. Jenkins
-John L. Cushman
-Linda Walker
-David E. Bennett
-Steven C. Schreiner
-Dan Boren
- Charles L. Cotton
-Roy Innis
-Tom Selleck
- Todd J. Rathner
- Dennis L. Willing
- Timothy W. Pawol
- J. William Carter
I welcome discussion or criticisms of the candidates that I am supporting. Perhaps we can learn more together as I am not submitting my ballot until late March.
