Non-resident Hunting Queation

I can not seem to find the info I'm looking for in the hunting regulations booklet.

Does a nonresident need to purchase both a nonresident deer tag and a non-resident general hunting license or is the deer tag sufficient if hunting for deer only?

Deer tag only. General hunting is rabbits and squirrels.
