    So is this really as confusing as what I think it is? Just starting to think about taking this plunge.

    What I have gathered so far is the following from reading, please correct me if I am wrong as some things are not quite clear.

    Looks like best thing to do is set up a trust. Then people on trust can be in posession without you being present even after you pass on,

    Multiple Items can be listed in the trust, supressors,sbr, ect.

    Keeps you from needing Sheriff to sign off or have finger prints taken?

    I assume son would have to wait to turn 18 to be on trust?

    Correct on all points. If you plan on having multiple NFA items, or wish to allow others to use them with or without your presence, then the trust is the way go.

    An ironclad trust can easily be set up for $400~$600 and you'll sleep better at night.
