Tonight, starting at 5:00 pm, Noblesville is unveiling three permanent Charters of Freedom displays at Federal Hills Commons.
Lifesize versions of the Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights and the Constitution will be available for all to view. I think the unveiling will be around 7:30.
