The largest we can go is 50’ W, 18’ H or 60’ W, 17’ H at the moment. We don’t really have a true limit on length.

We hope to get more into the larger wide span buildings at a later date, but as of now, we couldn’t do a 75’x150’x25’.
Thanks for the response. Was mostly a hypothetical right now. We do a lot of metal buildings around Northern Indiana, especially in the South Bend / Elkhart area. I'll be sure to mention you to my boss for any potential smaller buildings coming up.

Thank you, I really appreciate it!

Do you guys have any concrete companies you recommend to people often?

We've used Ozinga, but both my company as well as my dad's company use Kuert now because we've had better service.
Alright, good to know. Thank you. I’ve been searching for a company to set up some kind of concrete referral program to make things a little more streamlined for customers, but finding a company that does residential work AND covers several states has proved essentially impossible.

Shelby Materials around us but definitely more of a local supplier. Expect you'll need a list of suppliers once things start rolling. Do you work in Brown County?

Kuert Concrete is more a regional company to Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan.

My wife and I will need to do a soil test first and get a building permit but you will be our first choice for another garage. Thank you!

Forgot to mention we can get you generic engineering plans for free (depending on size of building). Should help speed up the permitting process.

It’s been a while since I’ve interacted with this post. Just wanted to provide a quick update that we are now up to four different manufacturers, covering various areas and different price ranges.

For Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan specifically we have one manufacturer HQ’ed in Ohio that is offering extremely competitive pricing.

If anyone finds themselves in the process of searching for a building, carport, or garage, let us know and see if we can beat pricing.

As always, let me know you came from INGO for an additional 2.5% off.
