Name change before license issued?

So my wife changed her name legally to use my last name here recently... trouble is she applied for her carry license prior to doing this. She still has not received her license in the mail yet. Do you think if we called the ISP and notified them of the name change they could handle it prior to cutting the card and avoid any extra hassle?

I would assume not, as they're hardly capable of getting the licenses out the door. Notify them of the name change in writing and pay the $21 for a new printout to avoid any hassle.

Thanks for that PDF form. You are likely spot on with your assessment. It was a shot in the dark on my behalf that maybe someone else ran into the same issue and had favorable news.
