    My own fault for not moving everything AWAY from godaddy and microsoft already.

    Get error message on all accounts, multiple devices & godaddy support wants me to keep jumping through hoops when it appears to be on their end.

    Can't see your image...

    I had some trouble with various entry points at GoDaddy using different auth methods.

    Are you using this one?

    Might also be an old/bad cookie from "Remember Me" or "Keep me logged in" checkboxes.

    After over an hour of;

    standing on my head,
    saying mother may I,
    mother may I please,
    stand on one foot,
    now jump,
    (not exactly but point made)

    they responded;
    "I understand your concern but we see multiple complaints and found that this is a known issue."

    I suspected the issue is on their end (I tried multiple devices, multiple accounts, multiple browsers) as it nearly always has been on their end.

    When I looked it up, seemed to be a certificate issue of some sort, though I believe MS is also deprecating some authentication formats (basic auth). https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/e...ation-of-basic-authentication-exchange-online but that happened a bit back.

    Either way, seems like an issue on the part of Godaddy.

    Just one of many reasons I won't use ANY cloud based "software".

    Miss a payment (for paid services), your data is inaccessible.
    Company goes out of business, your data inaccessible.
    Internet down, your data inaccessible.
    Want new software or provider? Good luck migrating all your data.

    Never had a problem with Thunderbird mail running locally in almost 30 years or my Postfix server.

    Well, you would still have your outlook cache if it is being used as a client and in cached mode. But I get what you are saying, and you would not get new email, etc

    I am NOT an IT guy, my understanding is very limited. I am mechanically inclined & sometimes can recognize where a problem is.

    Weird thing is in Chrome, I have multiple tabs saved to open, my godaddy & email is in these tabs & that 1 account works when opened. If that tab is close & try to re-login, no go.

    I have plans to move everything away from gd but haven't got there yet. Not having a good understanding of these things I have been procrastinating. I have Thunderbird downloaded but haven't set it up yet.
