I bought a 40.00 dollar one from gander and it worked perfectly. I don't process a lot at one time, but this for the money did my deer this year and a large chunk of cow I split with a buddy.

I have an 8 quart Enterprise press. I got it at an Amish antique sale for $200. It grinds meat, makes sausage and presses cider. And it will never ever break.

I bought one from BPS and was grinding goose meat with it and burnt up the plastic gears so many times I tossed it. Now just use the kitchen aid mixer attachment until I can swing a better quality grinder.

I have a refurb one I bought at Cabelas for like $60. I have had it for 2 years now and have processed about 10 deer with it. I believe it is a Warren. It has worked great and the only thing I've done is sharpen the blade.

We just did 5 lbs of venison jerky in our kitchenaid. Worked like a charm. It did heat up quite a bit, but 5lbs filled our tiny dehidrator 2Xs over.
