I've been looking to upgrade from my current single stack subcompact. I've shot the hellcat, 365 (standard/first gen), and the canik mete sub compact. The canik surprisingly had a great feel and trigger, though I believe had 2 soft strike issues at the range. May have been the ammo, the range attendant said it may have been from use/wear. Either way it made me a little hesitant. I read a few long term reviews of the mako and seems to be really good, with function and accuracy. Any one here have or shoot one yet?

Kimber is not know for quality or reliability especially in the 9mm world. If you want to try one though marksman shooting supplies in Westfield has one under 400 used
