Looking for someone to fabricate/install a slide racker for Buckmark

I have a Browning Buckmark that I want to add a slide racker to. I was thinking either drill and tap with a bolt and aluminum sleeve or a simple custom made one. I don't want to add much weight. Can anyone help me?
