ZX has a sale going on for the Shields... So I picked one up at lunchtime. I work right down the street. Looking forward to range testing it. Seems like a good fit for my needs.

Anything that I need to know or keep in mind about this newest addition?

    Yes...

Look for and buy extra mags!!!

And don't be afraid of a hogue slip-on grip should it need a little extra circumference.

I agree with the 7 vs. 8 round mag talked about in the video. I think it's a great cc gun. Happy shooting, and I like mine. You may want to invest in some night sights.

I'm thinking I want a OWB and an IWB holster next... I'm really picky about holsters. I like paddle holsters, Rocketman made me a great one for my M&P Compact a while back.

I had a Shield and sold it. It was very reliable, but I just could not get it to fit comfortably in my hand. It also, maybe it was me, shot to the left and
I could not fix it. I would highly recommend them, it just wasn't the gun for me.
