I am hoping to go Judge shopping on Sat. I realize many think the Governor is a better gun, but not in my price range. I have a couple questions.

Should I go with 2 1/2" or 3"? I am leaning toward 3" feeling those are more available.

I was really wanting stainless, any opinions on this?

Probably going to buy new, unless I find a really reasonable used. Any opinions on price index?

These are probably noob questions, but well I am kind of a noob on these guns.

    Thanks, in advance

The more barrel you have out in front of you, the more you will enjoy it. Depends on what you want the gun for though. Can't go wrong with the stainless.

Check into the issues shooting .410.....3". I have read about the shell expanding and locking up the cylinder. May be isolated - but worth the research. I have a 2.5" S&W and really like it.

The 410 shell that has the 3 9mm size rounds in it, from what ive seen anyway is not all that accurate, the 3 rounds spread out in a 2' pattern at 25 feet.
Yes i said 2 FOOT pattern.

Means 1 round may hit your target but the other two are going for something behind your target.
    Dangerous stuff.
