You're forgetting the rule... if you're even just a little black, you're black. The blacks in this country didn't vote for a Scot, or even an "inter-racial" socialist, they voted for a black socialist.

I am a 85% scot and unfortunately, sometime the black rules also come into play with scots too. I used to hate when Braveheart came out. People would see my last name and ask, " Hey, are you scottish?" I would reply yes, sending them into a spiral of "Oh I am scottish too, my last name is <insert something very american, british or german>, but I am <insert VERY LOW percentage> Scottish!". These people were unfortunately under the delusion of being a scot, had a WORN OUT copy of Braveheart somewhere, wanted a claymore because it was "cool" (and not a serious family heirloom and NOT the usual Scottish weapon, a dirk held this role, a proper Claymore was like the SAW today, not fun to use for just the heck of it). Hell, the Claymore they usually brought out was a cheap copy they bought from a comic convention or a catalouge and not an accurate one, with a ricasse (leather shoulder protector) and lack of basket hilt (THE thing to have).

Scots are mean, short, not just in temper but also in stature. I am a bit bigger due to a French mother (I know, worst of both worlds, scot and french, its like Europe threw up and made me ).

Obama being Scottish? He is not mean enough, not nearly short enough.

This is something that hasnt really been touched on so I will say it here.

I think it's great that black man has finally got the chance to be President. As many have said it shows to the world that America truly is a place where ANYONE can be ANYTHING. If you want it bad enough, and work hard enough, it can be yours. This is a huge step forward for all mankind in a gesture for us all to come together and realize race is NOT a handicap and nobody, based on race alone, owes anyone anything. Ok well, whiteman should give the Native Americans the whole west coast, Nevada, New Mexico, Idaho and everything west. LOL We don't need it and they'll take better care of it!

Anyway, while he is not 100% African, he is still an African, with true Kenyan origins. It shows that this Country has come a LONG way in the ways of civil rights and acceptance.

OTOH....

He is the WRONG person for the job. He comes from an OPENLY corrupt political world in the Chi. He has NO real world experiance. He knows NOTHING of the Military and he's now the COMMANDER IN CHIEF. He appointed people to positions they were either NOT qualified for or are against the principals of the job at hand. NTL, they will be confirmed because they are the best people to push the liberal agenda.

On top of it all and what matters most to US, he is VERY anti-American. He refused to salute the flag, his wife said she was FINALLY proud of America, and it took much critisizum for him to confess he "really does" love this Country and is not Muslim but Christian. Yea right. Let's not forget Mr. Ahole Wright, and all his Chicago buddies.

So in closing of my rather long rant, the IDEA of him being President is great for the Country. The REALITY is that he will destroy this Country's very fabric and tear it to shreds. Heeeellllllllloooooooooooo UN.

That is how I feel about that.
