I just got a Marlin Model 39A lever action from my brother-in-law, he had a accident a few years ago, and was told because of his mental state, he can no longer own ANY firearms, so I got all his guns, BUT, I am looking for the inner tube for the marlin, I didnt notice it was missing the first time I got it out, and a buddy of mine came over and I was showing it to him and seen it was missing, any idea where I can pick on up at? I have done a little research and can not find one, Looked on Firearm Parts & Accessories | Military Surplus | Numrich Gun Parts They are sold out, and that was the only place I could find that carried them. HELP !!!

Have you tried to contact Marlin?
I know they dont make them any more.
But you may still be able to get it from them
    Worth a shot !
    Good luck

They most certainly do still make 39a's. The Marlin 39a has been in continuous production longer than any other rifle in America.

I would tear it down and look it over before you shoot it! YouTube it as there are a few good videos on how to strip it down.

The 39A is a iconic gun and a very accurate gun. I've taken many a squirrel with one. Plus it's just a beautiful looking classic style lever gun!
