Well Kentucky didnt work out and we took our house off the market after just one week.
Could have sold it for a HUGE profit, but then I would have to spend it all and then some to buy as much house in the country so...

Anyone know a good heating guy in North West IN ??? not a high dollar guy by the way !!!

Not sure if it is far enough North West, but Sietsma Heating and Cooling in Battleground IN, was founded by people from my previous church. They are not the cheapest, but they are very honest people. Haven't personally had to use them, but they did the install in the new church building and it worked well.

That might be a bit of a haul for them for an add on furnace install.
But thank you for the suggestion.
