How did we allow public servants to become such arrogant tyrants?

This video perfectly captures the extreme arrogance and disrespect a lot of public servants have for us. Sean, the videographer is cool as a cucumber. He does a great job exposing terrible people and is not an agitator like some "auditors".

Some of it has come from the "safe guards" that are put in place to protect us. Some come from older public servants tired of being treated by the "public" as a doormat. Some can come from ignorance. This cameraman isn't being threatening, but he is playing his identity and reasons close to the vest so it does raise and should raise police interest. Dealing with idiots only intensifies the behavior.
