Heritage Lake life?

Looking at a house on the lake and was curious what it was like. How the HOA works and how the community is. Any cons to living there I would like to hear about them.

WE looked at a piece of property there in the mid 80's I believe. Nice piece. But when we toured the lake in a friends boat it just was not big enough for our needs at that time. A lot of people use that water.
I would drive all the roads around the area. You might be surprised at what you see.
