I'm looking into an NFA Trust and was curious if anyone knew what was involved and who could be added to one?

Any info would be helpful, Thanks!

I am seriously considering having a trust set up from the gun trust lawyer. I have so many toys I want to buy/make but I've just been putting the trust off for too long now. I emailed an for this area to have a trust set up specifically for NFA use is around $600.

Byron at Major-Malfunction has bee great to work with. I have made two NFA purchases with him and he has literally taken care of all of the paperwork, including the trust. My holdings are not complex, but I did have a friend who is a lawyer take a look at things and he signed off on things. I would remend him. MAJOR MALFUNCTION - Class 3 III NFA dealer - suppressor / silencer sales

I have also used Joe @ Acme Sports (Seymour, IN) on some NFA issues and he too has been fantastic to work with!

Both guys have bee good to me.
