    Big +1 For H&K customer service. I had a sticky trigger issue on my vp9. Called them they said send it in to be checked out. Sent me a email with prepaid shipping label. Sent the gun in on Saturday and received it back on Tuesday ! 4 days total !!!!! So I guess we don't suck and they don't hate us after all.

    This is GREAT to hear, and congratulations on being reunited with your VP9 so quickly! I just picked up a P30SK, which is so far the most immaculate polymer pistol I've ever laid hands on. Hope I never have to use their customer service, but good to hear you had such an excellent experience.

    Germany's God awful export laws, in conjunction with our God awful import laws, has over the years convinced many an enthusiast that H&K hates them. At least that's how I understood it. Seemed ridiculous they would be against your money though...
