Form 1 Question.

On the form 1 Box 13, the linked form in the sticky above does not allow you to complete the address portion for CLEO, it will only let you fill out the portion for someone siging in the CLEO's absence.....?

The only thing I fill out in box 13 is my name on line 1. The CLEO fills out everything else as needed.
