    Wonder how they "locked the door behind them" ? Shooting blindly is never a good idea but I'll have a loaded Dagwood in her honor tomorrow anyway.

    And to think that if this employee had followed company policy, she'd likely be dead or seriously injured.
    I get why companies make these stupid policies (liability), but we have our wonderful legal profession, heavily populated with ambulance-chasers, to thank for this.

    Firing blindly around the door? That is a bit scary. But then again, if they were shoving on the door I guess I might fire thru it.

    Just wonder if she had any idea where her fellow employee was located. I guess maybe she yelled for her to get on the ground, then started blasting.
