Drunk driver kills motorcycle rider...

Anyone know a way to get an update on this issue? I printed and saved an article from the Indystar when the accident happened because I wanted to see what what charges were brought against Michael Reynolds the person responsible for the crash on August 15th, 2010.

I was able to find this article on News RTV6.

You aren't alone.

Apparently they didn't use as much alcohol to swab his arm, because he only registered a .15%.

As the law is written, if he didn't cause the wreck he can only be charged with the drunken driving. It can be enhanced if he has a previous conviction during a certain period of time. He could be looking at a felony.
