Yes the system does work, I had druggies living next door to me with enough calls to 911 & they disappeared.
We had this same problem and believe it or not it was solved by.......a cookout we invited all the cops we know and druggies were gone in a week. But a couple months later we had new ones move in, my mom and dad and a few neighbors just went bat ***** crazzzzyyyy and scared them away that time.
