Brand new stripped lower. Got this with the intention on building it up and never got around to it. Wife bought me a spikes upper so looking to get a lower to match. Made right here in muncie, in. It does have a serial it was just edited out for pictures. 90$ ftf in muncie or marion area. Only trade would take would be for a spikes lower and maybe a little cash on my end.
