I heard a rumor yesterday that b/c of obama's czar's nudging of the rules, large rifle primers are not obtainable anymore. the guy said that all large rifle primers are on "backorder" indefinately b/c they are not allowed to manufacture them.

    is this true?

Doesn't anyone pay attention in school anymore? This type of ignorant rumor make me want to pull my hair out.

Anyone who would fall for this needs to sell their '86 Camero and take Government 101 at the community college.

RIch, remember that Gun Shops and Gun shows are houses of lies. If they aren't trying to scam you out of money then they are ATF agents trying to bust you.

Now I am off to said house of lies because its better than tv.

Well, that sure would be a good way to stop manufacture of ammo for civilians I guess... :n00b: Better go buy as much reloading equipment as you can NOW before they DO outlaw the stuff!

well i did not verify this in any way. i dont reload, so i dont know anything about it. i do know that stuff is in high demand and therefore some stuff is hard to come by b/c of the manufacturers ability to keep up.

could that be where the rumor came from wether it has a basis or not?
