Craft holster reviews/fellow experience with the, anyone?

Hey everyone,

I want to start off by saying this is NOT a negative review.

I ordered a horizontal shoulder holster from Craft Holsters and while the leather quality is great and it's comfortable, I am having issues with the retention strap coming unsnapped while I was wearing it in public. I ordered this for my Ruger Redhawk with a 2.75" barrel. In retrospect I guess I should've been more attentive in the fact that it is probably too heavy and cause the strap to pop off. I reached out to their customer service to either exchange it for a vertical holster or to return it. Of course, I forgot it was Labor Day weekend so I'll probably not hear back until Tuesday. Regardless, has anyone dealt with them in the past? I would think this isn't an unreasonable request but this is the first time I've ordered anything from them.

Seems like a reasonable request. Politely explain the issue and I'm sure you can work out a mutually beneficial result.

Thank you for the attachment. I had read that before but was hoping to hear about anyone's experience with them. I imagine the issue will be resolved fine.

I purchased a shoulder roto for my .45. The rivet in the roto part fell out. Figured it was cheaper to fix myself, which I did. I'm guessing they have good CS. Reviews are in the high rating.
