I'm really amazed. If you look back to some of my first posts in the Announcements forum I wasn't sure if this was going to work. 
I had a feeling there was a need for this kind of forum but you just never know when you start off with something new.
I have been involved in running forums for about 9 years now. I've started quite a few and helped others build some communities. I tried to take all of the lessons I learned over the years building communities (and I learned some the hard way) and do everything right here. I think it worked. I have never seen a forum grow this fast. On top of that the level of participation by so many members and the quality of members is great.

I for one would just like to say I am glad to see all the new members. We do have a good level of participation and it makes the discussions lively.
