Not insane at all. Those are the type of rules that you must expect when dedicated anti-gunners design rules for gun owners. The rules are working exactly as planned.

There are a couple of ranges in the suburbs but they are expensive and you MUST have the FOID card to shoot your gun or theirs. Yep. That will keep the criminals away from guns. As Dr. Phil would say " How's that workin for ya Chicago?"

1) Come to NWI
2) Open up a gun range
3) Hire a bus service
4) Advertise in IL that you offer the Chicago Firearm Training Course
5) Bus the City folks over to get the training and bus them back

Bonus: Help them fill out the CPD paperwork for the gun permit.

I should have know when there weren't any flags but i was (enter excuse here) and it was a quick glance. I see the engineer logo so much at the reservoir anymore from them trying to fix the damn that i just automatically associate it with fishing.
