For handguns I use nothing other than PC coated bullets.
I do all the PC'ing myself. Much cleaner than straight cast & much cheaper than plated.
I would not shoot cast in barrels that have polygonal rifling.I've been reloading 9mm 124gr plated round nose from Xtreme. I just came across Indiana Bullet Company's website. The price on their cast bullets got my attention. What if any differences would I find between loading and shooting the cast vs plated?
Thanks

I read somewhere that if the cast bullet is very hard, you can do it, but generally was not recommended.^^^Do some checking--Powder Coated cast bullets do VERY well (with NO lead) in poly barrels ...
