Cabela's Conference Rooms

Anyone ever use the Cabela's (Hammond, IN) conference rooms?
Are they pricey? Nice? etc...

I am not sure about Cabelas rooms but a club I belong to uses the rooms at Gander all the time and there is no charge.

I have never been to it so was not award. Do they have A/V equipment? I want to do a presentation using my laptop and need a projector and a room for about 20 people. I though of the local libraries in my area and that may be one way to go. However for part of my presenation I would like to bring some firearms for show and tell and I'm not sure if the library would allow that. May get frown upon. Figured a room I can rent would be a better option.

Not sure if firearms are allowed in libraries come to think of it.
