Bushmaster Carbon 15 @ Rural King for $639

I know the bad reviews so please don't start.

I purchased one yesterday for $669 out the door including tax at the local Rural King with a red dot scope. It took 20 rounds to sight the rifle in, but was hitting 4" groups at 100 yards.

Seems to to be a great plinkster rifle at a good price! Happy shooting, friends.

I'm glad you're happy with it. Was it the particular model you wanted or was it the price point that was attractive to you?

It was an impulse buy. It seemed like a decent toy that wouldn't break the bank if it didn't function flawlessly.

Bushmaster spent a lot of time and effort on the Professional Ordnance Carbon 15 to make it a better rifle and more reliable. From what I heard they did a good job. They are now very nice light weight AR variations that don't have the proprietary parts that the PO Carbon 15 had. Enjoy!!
