My girlfriend wants to take the kids to the Wonderlab at some point. I see their rules state 'no firearms on the premises'. My question now becomes is there anything preventing me from LEGALLY concealing a firearm. IE school on the property or anything of the sorts.

The building is a stand-alone. They do have education programs but I don't know if they are legally a school. May depend on who actually owns the place. IU? Bloomington school system? That said, it is a very cool place for kids of all ages!

I would do whatever I deemed necessary to see that the kids enjoyed their visit.

It is not a school. It is a museum. Incorporated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit.
As I recall, so is the Children's Museum. But they added a licensed school in relatively recent years making it a no-go.

Probably also need to search the list of licensed schools as well. I dont recall where that is though.
