The Constitution states treason is giving aid and comfort to an enemy of these United States. I can think of little more that would be treasonous than providing aid to an enemy of the United States by letting them walk across the border unrestrained.

If my buddy is correct (ex border patrol), and they only catch 25% that means a possibility of over 15 million military ages men which is way more than our active duty military and reserves combined.
