Armalite

I was wondering what you members thought of the Armalite lowers. I have an opportunity to pick an Armalite lower up at the right price, and if i do i will most likely build a class 3 ar. If i am going to build a class 3 ar i want it to be from a good starting point.

Please let me know what you think of these lowers!

It very well may, but the Armalite that is building ARs today has little to do with the Armalite that originally built the gun... Much like the Springfield Armory of today has little to do with the historical US arsenal of the same name.

They're "OK" - IME no better or worse than, say, a Bushmaster or RRA. Wouldn't necessarily be my first choice, but far from my last.

Its an AR... The parts are sourced from one of the same few factories as everybody else.

Do they fit the parts better or worse than other companies? maybe, maybe not. Its a matter of oppinion.

Being that Armalite is in IL, I bet the ISP got a "bit" of a deal...
