AR gunsmith needed in Fort Wayne

Just about have all the seperate upper pieces I need for my ar build, but looking at the price of the tools needed I started to wonder if anyone knows of a gun smith or someone on this board that would assemble the barrel to the upper receiver for me and how much would that be? I am in Fort Wayne.

Have you ever been to Ranger Supply Co. on Getz Rd.? Russ knows his way around an AR pretty good. I am not sure what he would charge, but I have watched him do more work on ARs than I can even remember..
