i just thought that it would be cool for there to be an appraisal section so that people kind find out the high and low values of what they are trying to sale or purchase.

There is a rule in the classifieds that state you have to leave your price in the ad when you complete the transaction. This is the exact reason we have that rule in place. You can search the classifieds for the item and then find what it sold for.
