Applying for concealment licencse

Would you guys recommend going and geting fingerprinted at local police station or going and doing the Efingerprint? Is one or the other faster in processing, in the regard of receiving permit faster?

I'd probably actually apply for an Indiana License to Carry a Handgun so you have a license that is actually valid in the state of Indiana, and I'd do it at L-2 services.
