Ad Banners

Doesn't SEEM to be my browser or settings. Just curious really. When I refresh a page, sometimes I get a banner in upper right corner, sometimes I don't, I ALWAYS get one across the middle under the header.

No biggie, just wondered if it was a hiccup or if some of the rotations are empty.

I have it, I want the ads so I disable ABP here, but thanks.
